Burlap

Here's an essential to any theatrical or stage rigging application. Burlap is a simple material used as a padding between steel wire rope slings and the beams/attachment points that they hang from. Also known as sackcloth hessian, burlap is a course, dense woven fabric. Burlap is used in stage rigging because it is flexible, easy to use, and safe if dropped from height unexpectedly.
