The Footprint 1861 Grooved Plugging Chisel is supplied with a British made high visibility, high quality protective plastic moulded grip.
The Footprint Grooved Plugging Chisel is used to remove the mortar and cement from between brick and block work. Made from a single, fully forged piece of carbon steel that has been harden and tempered for increased strength and durability.
The cutting edge is wider than the blade with a centre groove for rapid debris removal. The domed head design prevents splintering from continued striking with a hammer.
