This Marshalltown M180D Groover is made of stainless steel with a sturdy steel mounting, and a DuraSoft handle for added comfort.

It has a, properly, shaped bit and leading edge to cut a sharp groove, and will create ½ inch wide by ½ inch deep grooves in concrete slabs to help control stress cracking.
